The USB Wireless Adapter 2 from AKNES allows you to connect nearly all wireless controllers to your Switch, Windows PCs, Macs, Raspberry Pis, and more. It is compatible with various systems, including Switch 3.0.0 and above, Windows 10/SteamOS Holo 3.4 and above, macOS, and Raspberry Pi, Android TV Box, and Retrofreak.

The adapter supports a wide range of controllers, including 8BitDo bluetooth, Xbox One, Series X | S, PS5, PS4/Pro, PS3, Switch Pro, Joy-Con, Wii U Pro, and Wiimote. However, it can only connect one controller at a time, and if you wish to use multiple controllers simultaneously, you would need to use multiple adapters.

If the adapter is successfully connected to the Switch, but nothing happens, you should ensure that the "Pro Controller Wired Communication" in the System Settings on your Switch is turned on. Additionally, you can connect a Wii Remote compatible controller to your Wii Remote and then connect your Wii Remote to your Switch via the USB adapter.

Unfortunately, the adapter does not allow you to wake up your Switch with PS5 or PS4 controllers, and the headphone jack on these controllers does not work. However, the adapter does work in both handheld and docked modes on the Switch, and you can use a USB Type-C Male to USB-A Female OTG cable to connect the adapter to your Switch in handheld mode.
